I hope I am accurate, we have the first Teryx that has an ignition on it that will allow more performance and gereater top speeds.

We acheived 53.5 mph via GPS today and 57 mph on the dyno at 9000RPM.

The seat of the pants difference is amazing. Between Lyle at Velocity Devices and myself we got all the kinks worked out. New units will be here next week so order yours today!!

Cool. What were the HP and Torque readings on the dyno after installing the VDI?

They are not representitive of the true output because I didn't have the CVT locked out. I got 31 HP and have no way to read torque without locking it out.

Trust me it rocks!!!!

I did try different curves with very little difference. Once you get it past the stock curve a good bit you get diminishing returns.

No wheelies but it does pull good.!!

I just got my wireing setup for my VDI also and am anxious to see how it will run with the VDI.

So the stock 87-91 octane map setting position #2 shows the best hp gain?

I believe you. Most likely, the Torque curve has been boosted more significantly than the HP curve by advancing ignition timing. Sounds great! Makes me want to buy a Teryx. Pull off the spark arrestor and slap on the VDI and have a transformed machine within minutes! Now, if I can just keep my eye open for an extra $10K laying on the sidewalk. I found a penny once, so only 999,999 more to go!

Todd, just to clarify... Did you keep the spark arrestor off when you dynoed the Teryx with VDI?
